Myles AV supported our recent small conference event at a Queensland hotel. We fine-tuned our needs ahead of the event by email and when I arrived the setup was exactly as we'd planned. I met with Jasbir as arranged 30 minutes prior to the event starting and he took me through the setup so I was confident the system would work through what was a day that I needed to count on it being reliable because I had lots of other things to think about. The quality of service was excellent and Jasibr was friendly and efficient. I'm not very tech-literate but I could rely on the system set up by Jasbir and Myles AV and just focus on the conference - they gave me a contact number in case there were any problems so every contingency was covered. I couldn't have been happier with the service and would definitely recommend them.
